Ive had pleasant experiences with realtors in the past and prior to using By the Water Realty, I would have said the previous realtors did a "good job". After going with By the Water Realty I feel like calling my previous realtors and giving them some pointers. Its 1 thing for your realtor to be dedicated and knowledgeable,  but Gary and his team have raised the bar to a whole different level. Their secret ingredient is that they genuinely care for their client and families well being.
