I worked with Donna Jennings, who did an absolutely fabulous job in marketing my property, and when we ran into difficulty, she was steadfast, constantly trying to figure out what to do next. I highly recommend working with Donna if you want someone who is competent, determined, and an excellent communicator. If you should need the services of a Realtor, do yourself right and choose to work with Donna Jennings.

My husband and I decided we wanted to list our rental property and reached out to Jess and her team. By The Water Reality had our property under contract in less than 48 hours from when it became available on the MLS. All communication and details such as descriptions, marketing, pricing, and photos of our property was great. We had an awesome and essentially stress free experience from the start of the process to the finish line. We are so thankful for Jess and the By The Water Reality team for their professionalism, friendship, and making this sale as easy as it was for us!

As a first timer in this process, I was truly grateful for the support Donna gave us. Initially we were a state away - in the process of relocating- stressed with the purchasing process. Donna was there every step of the way. From touring homes when we couldn’t be present for, to bouncing ideas back & forth via texts, phone calls, and face time; even discussing yard sizes for our precious dogs, we knew she cared and could be trusted with our journey.
We have been settling into our new home for several weeks now and are still thrilled to pull into the driveway! We continue to touch base with our new friend - thankful for her dedication & commitment to find our place of comfort/serenity. We support and recommend By The Water Realty and think Donna is A+!

Jessica did an amazing job finding the perfect property for our client! She even called potential sellers she knew on the street to see if they were ready to sell. Thank you Jessica!
