I am so happy to express some personal feelings and information about a community that is so near and dear to my heart, Prominence on 30a!  Back in early 2014, I still lived in Naples Fl but had an interview lined up in this tiny little area on 30a with Emerald Homes.  What was promoted to me then was roughly an 80 acre development with 135 townhome buildings totalling 405 units on the north side of 30a and a plethora of single family homes, and a few larger luxury townhomes on the south side of 30a.  A few of these townhomes were partially built from the original developer, but were to be finished out by Emerald Homes.  The most exciting promise on top of a new development was the idea there was going to be 3 ½ acres of retail space right on 30a as part of the community!  I was sold on the vision.  I moved myself and now wife Jessica from Naples Fl, to a temporary foreign area to start this new community from scratch.  Being the first agent on site certainly had ups and downs.  I distinctly remember a community questioning that Prominence would be successful AT ALL.  Fast forward to the current day 2022.  I have had the pleasure of selling and closing well over 300+ homes in the community,  I previously owned and lived in a townhome in the neighborhood, I have made great relationships with alot of the folks I had the pleasure of helping, and earned lifelong friendships with co-workers.  Anyone that has been in the community, will remember that first townhome model we had on milestone drive, and one of the most popular single family homes, named the capri with the sought after hardwood floor coastal art!  I hope if you have read this, and you have interest in the community or are looking to sell.  Please give me a call to hear about my passion for the community first hand.  (one of our first amateur brokerage videos below on the community!)-Gary Jennings
